Worklog Update 2
Yestersay and today, I tried to get most of the paneling done. I finished all of the 1/4" plywood and 1/8" acrylic panel fitting and mountings and I have all of the 1/4" acrylic except for the front panel, which I need to buy more acrylic for (I screwed up a lot). I designed a captured nut system so I can actually open and close the case without magic. I mounted the mobo tray on a 1/4&1/8" acrylic sandwich and tapped it with a 8-32 tap. Tap your way to heaven~ Pics below:

Worklog Update
Yesterday, I bought a 18.5" acer monitor to use as the mounted display. After I took off the POS base, the screen weighs in @ ~6.5 lb. I think the frame should be able to handle that ^_^
I also did the last bit of etching on the panel and then spent 4 hours using the pin bit and my dremel stylus to clean it up. lots of overbite, but I can cover that up. I just need to decide If I'm gonna paint it black and use the silver accent like the mobo tray, or keep it uncovered apart from some clearcoat. Pics in prev post.
